Patient Access Online

Welcome to Patient Access

Patient Access lets you use the on-line services of your local practice. These may include arranging appointments, repeat medication, secure messages, medical record and updating your details.
  • Checking, booking and cancelling appointments.
  • Checking your medication and ordering repeat medication.
  • Updating your contact information, including mobile phone number and email address.

Patient Access is simply a web site that connects to your practice’ EMIS clinical system where your details are stored. Think of it as a window into your practice’ services. For Patient Access to work, your practice must set it up to allow patients to sign in and access their clinical system.

For any information you may require, please visit - Patient Access Online - Knowledgebase (this link will open in a new window - popups must be allowed)
