From January 2019 we will offer weekly extended hours appointments every Monday on normal working days. We will not be providing this service on a Tuesday from January 2019.

Patients are reminded that regular out of hours appointments provided by the Cumbria Health Extended Access (CHEA) service can be booked via our reception team.

We would like to inform our patients that

Dr Paul King will be retiring from Eden Medical Group at the end of December.

We would also like to inform our patients that Dr Mohammad Roshandel will be leaving his position as GP Partner at the end of November 2018.

Dr Roshandel will provide a locum service at the practice for a short period immediately thereafter.

The Partners and Staff would like to wish Dr King and Dr Roshandel their best wishes for the future.

Patients at our practice have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care. If patients wish to know who their named GP is, and if they have a preference as to which GP that is, the practice will make reasonable effort to accommodate this request.

Reception

They do a very difficult job. Please remember if you seem to be asked questions, they are carrying out the doctors instructions aimed at making the practice run smoothly and not being nosey. They have to judge the urgency of your request so please give them the necessary information. They are bound by the same rules of confidentially as doctors and nurses.
