Noticeboard

As part of NHS preparedness towards a no-deal EU exit we would like to make you aware that patients can access information via the following link nhs.uk around continuity of medicines supply if there is a no-deal EU exit has been updated. This update explains the government’s multi-layered approach to ensure that medicines continue to be available if there is a no-deal EU exit.

Patients are reminded that regular out of hours appointments provided by the Cumbria Health Extended Access (CHEA) service can be booked via our reception team.

Patients at our practice have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care. If patients wish to know who their named GP is, and if they have a preference as to which GP that is, the practice will make reasonable effort to accommodate this request.

Reception

They do a very difficult job. Please remember if you seem to be asked questions, they are carrying out the doctors instructions aimed at making the practice run smoothly and not being nosey. They have to judge the urgency of your request so please give them the necessary information. They are bound by the same rules of confidentially as doctors and nurses.
