Patients at our practice have a named GP who is responsible for their overall care. If patients wish to know who their named GP is, and if they have a preference as to which GP that is, the practice will make reasonable effort to accommodate this request.

Works strategically with the GP Partners; to lead, manage and develop the practice team. To ensure the practice achieves the core business aims and objectives to deliver ‘Patient Centered Care’ within a primary care model which is sustainable.
|Mr Barrie Hyslop - Operations Manager (m)|
Works with the Business Manager to ensure compliance across all areas including Data Protection, Finance, Health and Safety to ensure smooth running of the practice and supporting with the management of the practice team.
|Responsible for day to day smooth operation of the Office/Reception.|
|They do a very difficult job. Please remember if you seem to be asked questions, they are carrying out the doctors instructions aimed at making the practice run smoothly and not being nosey. They have to judge the urgency of your request so please give them the necessary information. They are bound by the same rules of confidentially as doctors and nurses.|
